Masterflex Reflective with Hybrid Poly-Acrylic Technology is an elastomeric roof coating that combines polyurethane and acrylic polymers for maximum performance. This combination of resins provides fast surface hardness, low dirt pickup, maximum reflectance properties, exceptional UV resistance and a watertight membrane that resists standing water. Masterflex Reflective Hybrid also features cool roof microsphere technology which reflects all solar radiation wavelengths producing cooler interiors and lower energy bills. This coating was specially formulated with reinforcing fibers and special fungicides that provide maximum durability and mold and mildew resistance in harsh, humid tropical climates. Use for waterproofing and protecting a wide variety of substrates, including: concrete, wood, roof tiles, metal, asphalt membrane and previously coated acrylic roofs. It is fast drying which allows you to apply two coats in one day. It covers 425 ft² (39.5 m2) per pail and is white.
