Melling 10396HV Engine Oil Pump. High Performance Oil Pump. Melling high performance oil pumps provide dependable performance every time in every application under the toughest RPM conditions. The Melling 10396HV high performance oil pump is a 20% higher volume, +5 PSI high pressure upgrade of the M396. The 10396HV features an anodized hard coated aluminum body and cast iron phosphate coated cover for improved pump performance and durability. Adjustable by pass pressure using optional spring. The relief valve has a pressure adjustable screw in plug instead of a cup plug. The oil pump screen mounting seal is included. Every Melling high performance oil pump is individually tested for pressure and flow under actual engine operating conditions.
